What is Bulk Delete Zone?
Learn how to delete multiple zones from Cloudflare at once
Bulk Delete Zone is a feature that allows you to permanently delete multiple zones from Cloudflare simultaneously. This is useful when you need to remove many domains at once, but be careful as this action cannot be undone. All DNS records and settings for the selected zones will be permanently deleted.
Permanent Action
Deleting zones is a permanent action that cannot be undone. Make sure you really want to delete the selected zones before proceeding.

How to Bulk Delete Zones
Step-by-step guide to delete multiple zones at once
Deleting Zones in Bulk
- Go to Zones Page
Navigate to the Zones page in your dashboard
- Click Select Button
Click the 'Select' button on the Zones page to enter selection mode. This will allow you to select multiple zones.
- Select Zones to Delete
Select the zones you want to delete by clicking on them. You can select multiple zones at once. Selected zones will be highlighted.
- Access Bulk Actions Menu
Once you have selected zones, the bulk actions menu will appear in the floating search bar area. Click on 'Bulk Actions' to see available operations.
- Click Delete Zone
In the bulk actions menu, click on 'Delete Zone' option. A confirmation dialog will appear asking you to confirm the deletion.
- Type DELETE to Confirm
To confirm the deletion, you must type 'DELETE' (in uppercase) in the confirmation field. This is a safety measure to prevent accidental deletions. After typing DELETE, click the confirm button.
Important Warning
This action will permanently delete all selected zones from Cloudflare. All DNS records, settings, and configurations for these zones will be lost forever. This action cannot be undone. Make absolutely sure you want to delete these zones before confirming.
Queue System for Bulk Delete

When you delete more than 10 zones at once, the system uses a queue to process them efficiently. The queue ensures that all zones are deleted systematically without overwhelming the system.
How the Queue Works
- When you delete more than 10 zones, they are automatically added to the queue
- You'll be redirected to the Queue page where you can see all pending zone deletions
- Click 'Start' to begin processing. The system will delete zones one by one
- Once processing is complete, all selected zones will be permanently deleted from Cloudflare
Important: Queue System
The queue system is currently in beta and runs on local processor. Make sure to keep your browser active and open while the queue is processing. If you close the browser or the tab becomes inactive, the processing may pause or stop. Since deletion is permanent, make sure the process completes successfully.
After Deletion
What happens after zones are deleted
Once the deletion process is complete, all selected zones will be permanently removed from your Cloudflare account. These zones will no longer appear in your dashboard and all associated DNS records and settings will be deleted.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete a zone, all DNS records, SSL/TLS settings, Page Rules, Firewall Rules, and all other configurations associated with that zone are permanently deleted. The zone will be completely removed from your Cloudflare account.
